Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Benefits:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Serve with after-school and evening clients, including daytime clients as they become available.

• Must be able to come to Maryland once to twice a month to see clients, depending on insurance requirements. For examples, twice a month for Kaiser in Maryland and once a quarter for Medicaid.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $75- $100/hour

• Full-Time: 25 hours/week or Part-Time Available

• Location: Remote Telehealth / In-person

• Travel: Travel to Maryland once every month

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland or ability to obtain one. Note: LBA takes 1-2 month/s to be processed.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

• Ability to be personable over Telehealth

• 8-Hour supervision training
